Scheduling a Test

You can schedule a test online at many USU testing centers around the state of Utah. In order to schedule a test, start by clicking Testing Center in the main navigation. The following page will list all currently active testing locations. If you do not see a USU campus listed, use the proctor search to look them up and contact them directly to schedule your test. From the list, click the Schedule link to start scheduling your test.

To schedule a test, click on the time block in which you wish to start your test. Pay attention to blocks that are not white as they may indicate special restrictions. Blue blocks indicate that specific block is full. Green blocks indicate your current reservations. Grey blocks indicate the center is closed during that time. Yellow blocks indicate that tests cannot be started during that block. After you click on an available time block, you will be presented with the reservation creation form.

Reservation Form

All fields are required on the reservation form and the form can vary slightly from center to center. Make sure you enter a valid email and phone number as the testing center may need to contact you. Some centers require you to reserve the full test time as prescribed by your instructor. If this is the case, you will not be able to make the reservation unless you allow yourself enough time. If you have any problems making reservations, please contact the testing center.

Can I just Walk-In Without a Reservation?

Some testing locations do not allow walk-ins. Please visit usu.edu/campuses/testing and select the location you wish to learn more about. That page will indicate if the center allows walk-in testing or not. When in dobut, call the center and ask.

How do I modify a testing reservation

The system will not allow you to modify your existing testing reservations without calling the testing center. If you need to make an adjustment you have two options, call the local center and have them make the adjustments or cancel your reservation and create another.

How do I cancel my reservation

In order to cancel your existing reservation, click the Testing Center link in the main navigation and then click the My Reservations tab. From that tab you should see the list of your current reservations. Click the cancel button for the reservation you wish to cancel.

What are your testing center policies

In order to review the testing center policies, start by clicking Testing Center in the main navigation. The following page will list all currently active testing locations. If you do not see a USU campus listed, use the proctor search to look them up and contact them about their policies. From the list, click the Schedule link to view the testing location's room. Then click the Testing Policies tab to see the policies for that location.
