USU students can schedule their tests online at rcde.usu.edu/testing. All students can schedule their tests by phone (M-F) at (435) 919-1221. It is your responsibility to schedule enough time to complete your test. The testing center will close at the time posted. Students in Logan Face-to-Face classes must test in the Logan testing center.
The Testing Center can also proctor exams for other colleges or universities. A fee of $20.00 is charged for this service. To schedule an appointment, or for more information, please call (435) 919-1221. Credit cards accepted. You may pay in advance with a credit card at anytime using the form below.

- Class (i.e. BIOL 1010)
- Exam Name/Number (i.e. Midterm, or Exam #1)
- Instructor's Name
Please bring a photo ID when you come to take your test.
